2015 is yours to do with as you wish

I have a challenge for all of you. I challenge you NOT to make any "new years resolutios"... because let's be honest, how many times has that worked in the past? Instead I would challenge you to write down some goals... 30 day goals, 3 month goals, 6 month goals, 1 year goals... make them things you REALLY want to accomplish. These goals don't have to be fitness oriented, but they can be! Write them down... and then make a plan to accomplish them. Give yourself check points that will help hold you accountable.. make sure these goals are measurable, because nothing is worse than not being able to measure or recognize success, not because it wasn't achieved, but because it wasn't defined. I want nothing more than the best for everyone reading this and if once you write down these goals, you feel like I can help... please share... and share with friends, you never know. They might have similar goals and you could possible help keep each other in check. WHAT EVER your goals are for 2015.... DO THE FOR YOU.... realize that you are worth the time to make the best version of yourself that you can. I wish you ALL good luck but know that luck favors the prepared!
