I have a challenge for all of you. I challenge you NOT to make any "new years resolutios"... because let's be honest, how many times has that worked in the past? Instead I would challenge you to write down some goals... 30 day goals, 3 month goals, 6 month goals, 1 year goals... make them things you REALLY want to accomplish. These goals don't have to be fitness oriented, but they can be! Write them down... and then make a plan to accomplish them. Give yourself check points that will help hold you accountable..

Monday - Regular Classes
Tuesday - Regular Classes
Wednesday - Last Class 12:30
Thursday - No Classes
Friday - Classes start at 11:30
Saturday - 8:00 am Yoga - 9:00 am Class
Sunday - 6:30 Sunday Funday
Following week SAME EXACT THING

If you want a coaching staff with over 14 years of collective CROSSFIT SPECIFIC training experience then we are your choice. There are others.... and they might be right for some, by if you want the best... if you want to set and accomplish goals... If you want to be pushed to succeed...
Time to change some things up! Going forward there will be a coach lead warm up at the beginning of each class. If you get there early and want to do some stretches or light warm up, that is fine but at the time class starts your coach will lead the entire group through a warm up. Do not put on your lifting shoes before this warm up is complete. This will replace the current, standard warm up.
